The core cutter head is made of high-grade, low-cobalt hard alloy material, with high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, effectively resisting high-intensity abrasive wear from rock and sand; the tooth body is made of 42CrMo high-strength alloy steel and, through precise quenching and tempering heat treatment, the tooth body hardness is controlled within the standard range, perfectly balancing hardness and toughness, which not only ensures cutting penetration, but also greatly improves impact resistance and fatigue performance, thereby fundamentally reducing problems such as broken teeth, chipping, and cracking in hard rock construction.
With a complete model system covering a variety of tooth diameters and tooth lengths, it can be adapted to rotary drilling rigs with different tonnages and power ratings.
